Do my guests need an app?
No. The code opens the menu in the phone's browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
Will this replace my POS?
It does not have to. Most venues run QRwise alongside their POS for ordering and payment. Enterprise plans add custom setup for multi-location operations.
How do orders reach the kitchen?
Tickets print on a cloud, network or Bluetooth printer, or appear on any tablet or screen you already have.
What does it cost per transaction?
2.9% + $0.40 on My QR and Starter, and 2.9% + $0.50 on Pro. Card processing is included in that number, so there is no second bill.
How fast is payout?
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your Canadian bank account on a rolling schedule.
Can I use it on a patio or truck?
Yes. Each code can be tied to a table, the bar, the patio or a pickup window, and orders arrive tagged by location.
What if a table wants to pay cash?
They still can. Staff close the check the way they do today. QRwise handles the guests who want to pay from their phone.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from the dashboard and billing stops at the end of the period.
Do I need to buy NFC tags?
No. You can print QR cards from the dashboard. NFC stickers, PVC plates and wood plates are optional kits we encode and ship in Canada.
